Conducting Case under Writ Jurisdiction:

Law2all would arrange to defend the rights of the Victim under any of the following ambit of Writ Jurisdiction
i. Habeas Corpus
ii. Mandamus
iii. Certiorari
iv. Prohibition
v. Quo-Warranto

Conducting Cases under Civil Jurisdiction:

a. Suit of any nature with regards to movable and/or immovable properties i.e. Partition suit, Declaration of Title and such similar things.
b. Rent Control original petitions.
c. Family Court matters including that of Divorce, Divorce by Mutual Consent, Restitution of Conjugal Rights, Maintenance and Guardian & Wards Act.
d. Company and Labour Court matters
e. Consumer Court
f. RERA

Conducting Case in Criminal Courts:

i. Institution of Police and Private complaint.
ii. To secure Bail.
iii. To conduct Trial.
iv. To represent the Victim’s case either before Police and or before any appropriate forums including that of Human Rights Commission, Tribunals and or any specially formed committees.
